Avocado Toast

with PARVEGANO Savory & Nutty

Ingredients

3 slices of traditional bread
1 avocado
Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon PARVEGANO Savory & Nutty
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt
Pepper

For the arrangement on the dish

1 tablespoon PARVEGANO Savory & Nutty
5 cherry tomatoes
3-4 leaves of fresh spearmint

Cooking time: 2 minutes
For 3 servings

Instructions

In a bowl we mash the avocado with the use of a fork until it becomes creamy.
We add PARVEGANO Savory & Nutty, the olive oil, the lemon (zest and juice), paprika, salt, pepper and we mix well.
We toast the slices of bread.

For the arrangement on the dish

We apply the avocado mixture on the bread.
We add cherry tomatoes, spearmint and finally the PARVEGANO Savory & Nutty.
