Pasta with cherry tomatoes

with PARVEGANO Savory & Nutty


500 gr of cherry tomatoes
5 tablespoons PARVEGANO Savory & Nutty
80 ml olive oil
1 dried onion (diced)
1 clove of garlic (in thin slices)
1 teaspoon maple syrup
200 gr pasta Cavatappi (suits well with short pasta like trecche, penne or whatever you want)
1 bunch of fresh basil (or mint)

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
For 2 servings


Preheat the oven at 200°C.
Put the olive oil, onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper in a pan.
Optionally, you can add a teaspoon of maple syrup.
Bake at 200°C for 30-40 minutes.
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Remove the pan from the oven, add the pasta, the PARVEGANO Savory & Nutty and the chopped herbs.
Mix well.
Serve and optionally you can garnish with extra PARVEGANO Savory & Nutty on top.
