Raw Vegan Melomakarona and

PARVEGANO Sweet & Nutty

Ingredients

400 gr royal dates
150 gr oats
3 tablespoons PARVEGANO Sweet & Nutty
150 gr grated walnuts
100 ml maple syrup
Zest of 1 orange
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of clove (Grated)
1/2 teaspoon of ginger (Powdered)
Extra grated walnuts to for decorating energy balls

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

Take the pits out of the dates.
Start by adding all the ingredients in the blender.
Mix for 1 minute, until they form into dough.
Create small balls with the mixture, or create traditional-style melomakarona and rest them on a platter.
Place extra grated walnuts on a plate and roll melomakarona in so as to decorate them.
