100 gr groats
200 gr boiling water
2 tablespoons PARVEGANO Sweet & Nutty
1 bundle of parsley (washed, dried, chopped)
1 bundle of spearmint (washed, dried, chopped)
5 fresh onions chopped (along with the green part)
1 dry onion, chopped
1 cucumber with the peel, washed and chopped
4 tomatoes, cut in small pieces (without the seeds)
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons olive oil
Freshly grated pepper
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour
For 4 servings
We put the groats in a big bowl, we add the boiling water and we cover with a clean cotton towel.
We let the groats drain the water for 10΄-15΄.
We add all the ingredients on the wet groats.
We mix well and let the tabbouleh in the fridge for an hour.
Then, we mix well once again in order to make it fluffy and we serve.
