Vegan brownies

and PARVEGANO Sweet & Nutty


100 gr of couverture chocolate
150 gr of sieved flour
½ tablespoons of sieved baking powder
½ tablespoons of cinnamon
150 gr of orange juice at room temperature
Zest of 3 oranges
8 tablespoons of PARVEGANO Sweet & Nutty
150 gr of tahini
150 gr of powdered sugar
100 gr of chocolate drops
A little cocoa and sunflower oil for the pan

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 18 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Add water in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Then place a glass bowl on top, taking care that it is not in contact with the boiling water.
Place the couverture in the bowl and melt it in bain-marie. Mix well with a spatula, until the couverture is melted.
Mix the chocolate pieces with a spatula until melted.
Add the tahini, mix well and then add the brandy and orange juice.
At the same time, in a bowl, sieve the flour, the baking powder, the cinnamon and the icing sugar and add the zest.
Add to the mixture with the solids the PARVEGANO Sweet & Nutty.
Incorporate the two mixtures, stirring with a spatula and allow the mixture to cool slightly for 5 minutes.
Then add the chocolate drops and stir.
Grease a pan with a little sunflower oil and then sprinkle with cocoa, so that the dessert will not stick.
We choose cocoa and not flour, so that there will be no white spots when we unmold it.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 18 minutes.
